Our Favorite Recipes » Oatmeal Fufu (Serve with Soup)

Ingredients:
1 pound of raw oatmeal
2 cups of water
Blend oatmeal in a blender into fine texture
Next Step
Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a pot.
Pour 1 cup of boiled water into a container and set aside.
Add the blended oatmeal slowly into the pot, stirring constantly with wooden spoon to avoid making lumps.
Stir until the mixture begins to thicken.
Add remaining water as need to cook oatmeal.
Cook for 15-20 minutes.
Serve with any soup dish.
Use fingers and/or fork to tear lumps of foo-foo soaked in soup and eat.
